Pros : JUST THE CAR AND RENAULT BRAND
Cons : RENAULT TRIDENT WHITEFIELD BANGALORE SHOWROOM NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING WITH REGARDS TO CUSTOMER APPROACH
HI AS MOST OF US ARE AWARE DUSTER IS BEST CAR IN ITS SEGMENT,when it comes to performance/efficiency and pricing.Booking Duster RXE 85ps from Trident Renault Whitefield Bangalore has turned to be nightmare evrsince i booked.Jul 15th i had booked vehicle and was promised within 3months vehicle will be delivered.
1.Booking amount paid and due to system issue crap, i was told bookng reciept will be couriered to my resident which never happened, had to visit showrrom and collect it.
2.Sales executive of Trident Renault Whitefield is just amazing,its easy to contact PM of India i feel but not this fellow.whenever i call he addresses saying he is either with customer or on the way to showrrom(i.e at 11am) and will call back in 10min always by default statement and i need to call back always to check if sir is available to answer my query.
3.After so many conversations requests, this sales man one fine day after 2months calls and says there is red rxe available and customer finance is not finalised which i said no as i wanted silver rxe.again he call for white same reason.
4.Then i get confirmation calll from Renault saying my vehicle will be available on Oct 10th.Oct 9th i call this executive and he says monday he will provide full details of my vehicle which never hapens. I had to again call this fellow on Monday and does not resond.
5. Had to again visit showroom and had a word with Kamal manager there, i was shocked to hear that my car will be available only by Feb 2013. and when asked about abt the rxe red and white was surprised Mr.Kamal mangaer was not aware.but my sales executive Mr.Imran(name revealed :-) )had intimated me.
6.now i want to continue to wait but have asked for price protection in writing from dealer but raga continues.
7. almost 8visits and unlimited calls this story continues.
REALLY PATHETIC DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE RENAULT INDIA PLEASE TRAIN THESE EXECUTIVES WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO SELL 2ND HAND SPARE PARTS AT SHIVAJINAGAR.EVRYTIME I CONTACT THEM I FEEL I HAVE BORROWED SOMETHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

ReplyThe interiors are great but give the feel of incompletion with the absence of automatic climate control, rear AC vent and cruise control.
