I never wanted to go for petrol car, but waiting period of more than 6 months for diesel and some tempting features at no extra cost made do so. Two months back, test drove Maruti Swift diesel after which I came to know about petrol Maruti Swift Alpha, of which the pathetic Maruti dealership was not ready to inform. It has mere 2 months of waiting and some delightful features like seat covers, special interior-kit, good-quality music system with Bluetooth, and mud flaps alongside rear roof spoiler and door visor. The Maruti Swift Alpha will be much low on maintenance against my existing aged Ford Escort. Not worried about mileage and maintenance as its good, my friend has petrol swift. At times I feel cramped sitting at rear of swift, is it true that it has lesser legroom at rear for a 5’ 11inch?
