Neat and sporty Hyundai Eon
Pros : Efficient power steering, compact body fit for city traffic, interior, youth inspiring design
Cons : No rear power windows, AC, rear cabin space
I own one of the cutest and smartest cars in the hatchback segment, i.e. the Eon Magna Plus LPG. There are lots of good and bad things to discuss about this car. I would like to start with the pros of this small car. The Eon Magna LPG has got a power steering which is very efficient to take a turn with a single hand. Added to this, the compact size of the Eon also favors the rider in the city traffic and allows me to get out of the traffic jams quite easily. Interior of Eon Magna Plus LPG can be called as its USP over its rivalry hatchbacks, the Alto and the Nano. The dual tone dash-board is something new which you would rarely find in a car which costs less than 4 lakh rupees. Moreover, the fabric upholstery is also of good quality.
The attractive and youth inspiring design of Hyundai Eon distinct it from all its competitors. Furthermore, the double din audio system with four speaker’s pumps out fantastic surround and sound.
Coming to the negative aspects of this car, I would say that in the Magna Plus variant, the company has not blessed the rear power windows. Also, the AC is one of the major drawbacks of this car. You will have to run the AC on full speed to get proper ventilation and chilling climate inside the car. I would also criticize this car for not availing proper space for three passengers on the rear seat. You can adjust only two adults on the rear seat of this car.
