Renault is slowly but surely making its mark in Indian auto market. First it was Renault Fluence, which has been generating good sales figures for the company. Then, came Renault Koleos and Pulse, which are still the best cars available in the Indian market. Now, Renault is planning to launch yet another SUV, which is called Renault Duster. Renault Duster will be the cheapest SUV from Renault, priced in the range of Rs. 7-8 Lakh. It is slated for launch in the month of June, and this is surely going to be one hell of a launch. It is being widely regarded as one of the most anticipated launches of the year, and given its price range, Duster will take the market by storm.

Renault Duster has been built on the platform as Logan, but this is not a look alike. Renault Duster has a fresh look, superb styling, and it a complete eye-catcher. It will be available in Petrol and Diesel versions. The Petrol version will have two variants - Renault Duster 1.6 litre petrol, Renault Duster petrol 4WD. The Diesel version will have three variants - Renault Duster 1.5 litre 85 diesel, Renault Duster 1.5 litre 110 diesel and Renault Duster diesel 4WD.

The 1.6L Petrol engine of Renault Duster generates peak power of 105bhp and maximum torque of 240Nm. Whereas, the Diesel engine generates maximum power of 85bhp and torque of 200Nm. Renault Duster delivers mileage of around 10kms per litre on city roads and around 12kms per litre on highways.

Renault Duster is very spacious on the inside and it has some great features to add against its name. Some of them are- electrically adjustable front seats, music system, Bluetooth, aux-in, etc. Renault Duster will come with advanced safety features like- ABS and EBD. Overall, Renault duster is a complete package with a nominal price tag.
