Hyundai Eon will be launched on 13th October, as I have read on web, but the bookings have already started. It is a small car priced in the range of Rs.2.5 Lakhs to Rs.3.5 Lakhs, and as everybody is saying it would fill the empty space left by Maruti 800.

Exterior: Hyundai Eon looks quite amazing from the outside. Its design is surely to catch people's attention on the roads. It doesn't look like a cheap car, but it looks like a car priced in the range of Rs.5 Lakhs to Rs.6 Lakhs. This should a real plus point of this car. Plus this car does not look as small as Maruti 800.

Interior: Hyundai Eon will be available in three versions, but all running on petrol. The features and interiors will be added as per the versions. The base version would not have an AC, but the second and third versions would be blessed with it. The car looks spacious and comfortable, and there is some nice engineering involved here.

Engine: Hyundai Eon will have a 814cc engine, just as Maruti 800. But this car is much more advanced than the old Maruti 800, and thus it would have more power. The mileage is supposed to be 20kmpl around, which would be another plus point of this car. Hyundai's engines are always good, so there would be no doubts about this car's capabilities.

Overall: Hyundai Eon should be big hit in the country, because of its low price and advanced features. The look of the car should also help in getting buyers across the country. It would a pocket friendly car that would take away other cars' market.
