Younger brother of Chevy Cruze to smash Indian roads

Pros : Great styling, interiors look more exotic and will come loaded with various exciting features

Cons : For drawbacks, we will have to wait till the car is launched

General Motors is going through the phase of gala time as all the models launched from the car maker have been welcomed by the automobile enthusiasts. Last year, the company launched the stunning, Chevy Beat Diesel that is acclaimed to be one of the best fuel efficient cars in India and this year, the car maker unleashed its stunning roadster, Chevrolet Sail sedan at the Auto Expo Delhi 2012, which is expected to hit in Indian roads by this festive season, around October or November. I have been the proud owner of Chevrolet Cruze and it looks that the company is inspired to launch Chevrolet Sail as the little brother of Chevrolet Cruze.

The exteriors and interiors of Chevrolet Sail are expected to compliment each other. The entire outfit of this car is dynamically perfect. The big front grill resembles with the premium Chevrolet saloon, the Cruze, while the stylish rear view reminds me of some fabulous cars like Skoda Superb and Fiat Linea. Sun-roof is displayed in the snaps of Chevrolet Sail, therefore, I expect this car to be embossed with all the exciting features like ABS, EBD, BA, Airbags, Music System, AC with Climate control, Alloy wheels etc. A nominal price tag to buy Chevrolet Sail would be around Rs. 6 to Rs 8 lakh. Chevrolet Sail will no doubt be a warning for other mid-size sedans like Maruti Swift Dzire, Nissan Sunny, Volkswagen Vento, Toyota Etios, and Tata Manza etc.

There is a buzz that Chevrolet Sail is going to be launched in 1.2 liter and 1.4 liter petrol engine options; therefore, my suggestion would be to launch it in the diesel variants too.
