Waiting for the new Chevrolet Sail Sedan

It has been very long now since I have been waiting to buy a sedan for myself now after driving a small segment car for more than 5 years. I want a car which is new and fresh for the Indian car market. Even though I do not want to buy a car which is common on the Indian roads, but I still want the car to come from a reliable car manufacturing company which has been very successful in making cars which have been very good value for money for the customer. I was forced to do an extensive research on cars so that I do not end up buying a car which is not good enough and is not value for the money I spend on it.

During this research of mine I came to know about General Motors, a company which has been very successful in producing good cars since a very long span of time in the Indian car market and has made a very good relation with its customers after the sale of its products. As I had said earlier I want to buy a sedan. My demands from the car are pretty simple. I want the car to give me maximum comfort, style and reliability in the long term. I came to know that General Motors is going to launch their new car, Chevrolet Sail Sedan in the coming December of this year.

The price of this car is expected to be between 5 and 6 lakh. It is very obvious that this car will be launched in both petrol and diesel engines. In this price segment the car will be facing a straight head on competition with Maruti Swift Dzire and Mahindra Renault Logan. Both of these cars have been very successful in the Indian car market amongst all of its customers. This car has already been launched in Sri Lanka with only the petrol variant, but the company has confirmed that it will launch the car in both the petrol and the diesel variant in the Indian car market.  The mileage of this car is expected to be around 12 to 13 km per litre in the petrol variant whereas the diesel variant of this car is expected to be about 16 to 17 km per litre as the reports of the company suggest. With every day passing I am getting more eager to spend my money to buy this car for myself and my family.
