Will Dacia Duster Come To India ??
Indian car market is expected to recieve a new SUV named Dacia Duster coming out from the Renault family. The Duster will be a product from the Romanian auto manufacturers Dacia, a company which is totally owned by Renault. The new SUV is speculated to be named Renault Duster in Indian auto market as per some reports coming out from the Media.
The upcoming auto show at Beunos Aires will be the first place to catch the glimpse of the Duster. Renault has changed the appearances of the Dacia Duster a little bit. The new car model features an updated centre console, refurbished interior designs and lots of chrome outside. The Duster will be manufactured at Renault's Chennai plant, whether and if company decides to launch it in India. The Duster is speculated to be rolled out in the Rs. 10lakh segment and the car will compete against the likes of Mahindra Scorpio, Mahindra Xylo and the all exclusive Toyota Innova.
Renault India is also ready to roll out its compact luxury SUV model Renault Koelos by the end of this year in the Indian auto market. The Renault Koelos will compete against some of the well established players like Toyota Fortuner, Honda CRV and Ford Endeavour.
Some of the popular hatchback models in the Indian auto market are Ford Figo, Maruti Swift, Hyundai i10, Chevrolet Beat and Volkswagen Polo. Apart from these popular models, cars going to hit the Indian roads this year are Toyota Etios Liva, Maruti Cervo and New Ford Fiesta.
