What Makes Tata Tigor Different From its Predecessors?
The Tata signature grille with dual toned bumper, the split LED tail-lamps with highly placed LED stop light grooming the width of rear portion, the tall stance and big wheel arches giving an appealing look to the car are few features that are found common in the recent initiatives launched in Tiago, Hexa and Tigor vehicles launched by domestic car maker Tata Motors during the span of one year. Interestingly all these three vehicles are highly acclaimed by the car enthusiasts, especially the recent launch Tigor hatchback, which as compared to its other two siblings in enriched with additional features.
This has created a fuss among the car enthusiasts and they are keen to know about the features that make Tigor the recent heart throb of hatchback lovers in the country. To begin with the engine configurations the Tigor is offered in both petrol and diesel variants. The petrol variant gets 1,200 cc-three cylinder DOHC four cylinder petrol Revotron engine while the diesel gets 1,000 cc three cylinder DOHC four valve per cylinder Revotorq diesel engine. The petrol engine is offered with two driving modes of eco and city. The transmission duties in both the variants are carried out by five speed manual gearboxes. Both the cars can be driven smoothly at the speed varying between 100 kmph and 110 kmph.
Moving inside the cabin you will notice use of high quality plastics, with use of high quality fabrics offering the superior comfort to the passengers traveling in the hatchback. Along with these comfort features you will also notice twenty four different utility spaces. The tilt steering wheel with telescopic adjustment offers smooth driving experience to the driver. The legroom at the rear segment is quite satisfactory.
It would be interested to know that along with integration of different features the car maker has paid significant attention towards the integration of safety features. The front wheels are equipped discs brakes whereas the rear wheels are empowered with drum brakes. The braking functionality is further enhanced with the integration of ABS +EBD, corner stability control system. In simple words it can be said that Tigor offers an amazing driving experience under varied driving conditions.
