Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace SUV Launched In India, Priced Rs. 33.12 Lakh
German carmaker Volkswagen has launched its globally acclaimed Allspace SUV Tiguan in the Indian car market with the starting price of Rs. 33.12 lakh (ex-showroom price). The Tiguan Allspace is one of the first SUVs among the four that were announced by the company to be launched in India during the next two years.
Mechanically, the Tiguan Allspace is empowered with a BS-VI compliant 2.0-liter TSI engine that is mated to a seven-speed DSG 4Motion transmission system. It develops the power of 190 PS@4200 rpm and the torque of 320Nm @ 1500 – 4100 rpm. The seven-seater SUV has everything in its bag which a customer expects from an SUV. The use of high-defined material makes it suitable for the drive on all types of terrain, the spacious interior offers comfortable seating experience to all the passengers, while the integration of world-class safety features ensures safe driving along with the pleasure of enjoying superior features adorned in it.
Developed on the MQB platform the longer wheelbase of the Tiguan Allspace offers sufficient space and luggage room. Besides, various luxurious features it is equipped with safety features including seven airbags, ABS, ESP, tire pressure monitory system and lots of various features.
