Violence Between Guards And Society Residents Over A Sticker
A violent incident between residents and security personnel has raised questions about human behaviour. The incident took place at a high-end housing complex in Greater Noida West’s Amrapali Leisure Valley on Monday, April 21, 2025. Due to safety protocols, security guards didn’t let an SUV enter the society's premises. According to officials, the conflict began when security guards at the main gate stopped an SUV belonging to a resident because it didn’t have the mandatory vehicle entry sticker. The argument between the guards and the residents continued, the residents exited the car and confronted the guards.

Soon the verbal exchange turned into a physical confrontation. In a video of the incident leaked online, individuals from both sides can be seen holding sticks and engaging in aggressive behaviour. In the footage it is seen that one of the residents is pushing the head security guard, prompting retaliation. The situation got more aggressive as another resident holding a stick started hitting the guards, who fought back. At one point, a female security guard is also seen swinging a stick at the residents. The whole incident lasted approximately four to five minutes after commuters and other members of the society came to separate guards and others involved in the incident.
According to local police officials, a formal complaint was filed at Bisrakh police station by the security guard-in-charge, identified as Tejpal. After his complaint, the police authorities have since arrested two individuals in connection with the violence, and efforts are ongoing to identify and apprehend others involved. An investigation into the incident is currently underway. Well, the question is now who is the culprit in the whole incident, security guards or the residents of the society? Was the behaviour of security guards rude or people in the SUV were exposing their power?
