Value Assured Program for VinFast VF 6 VF 7 in India
Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has introduced a new ‘Value Assured’ program in India for its VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs. The main objective of this program is to make electric vehicles more affordable and financially secure for Indian buyers by ensuring strong resale value and offering multiple customer benefits. As a part of the Value Assured program, VinFast is offering customers an assured resale value of up to 75 percent on the VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs. However, the exact resale value will depend on the period of which the vehicle was driven by the user and other applicable terms and conditions.

The carmaker has also introduced structured buyback options ranging from two to five years, allowing customers to plan their ownership cycle with greater flexibility and reduced financial uncertainty. Along with this, VinFast is also offering exchange benefits of up to Rs 1.30 lakh for customers exchanging their existing petrol or diesel vehicles and buying VF 6 or VF 7. Similarly existing Vinfast owners who choose to upgrade to another VinFast model in the future will also receive a 3 percent loyalty benefit under the scheme.
The VF 7 is offered with two battery pack options — a 59.6kWh unit and a larger 70.8kWh pack. The entry-level Earth comes with 59.6kWh battery with a single electric motor producing 174bhp and 250Nm of torque. It supports fast charging, enabling a 10 to 70 percent charge in just 24 minutes. The Wind variant is offered with the larger 70.8kWh battery, delivering 201bhp and 310Nm. It touches the speed of 0–100km/h in 9.5 seconds and offers an ARAI-certified range of 532 kilometres.
The top-spec Sky version gets a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup generating 347bhp and 500Nm of torque. This variant accelerates from 0–100km/h in just 5.8 seconds. As per ARAI certification, the Earth and Sky trims offer a range of 438 kilometres and 431 kilometres, respectively. Unlike its larger sibling, the VF 6 comes with a single 59.6kWh battery pack and a front-wheel-drive layout.
The Earth variant produces 174bhp and 250Nm. The Wind trim increases power to 201bhp and 310Nm, achieving a claimed 0–100km/h time of 8.9 seconds. According to ARAI figures, the VF 6 Earth variant delivers a range of 468 kilometres, while the Wind trim offers 463 kilometres on a full charge. With its new Value Assured program, VinFast aims to reduce concerns around EV depreciation and resale value, making its electric SUVs more attractive to Indian buyers considering a switch from conventional fuel-powered vehicles.
