Small car Toyota Etios Liva and its sedan version Toyota Etios have created sensation in India and wherever they were launched primarily for three reasons. First is the presence of features second is the aggressively affordable pricing and third is the brand value that the cars carry with them. Making the Etios Liva more likeable, the Japanese car maker has launched the car with beige interiors. The upgraded Liva hatchback makes it much abreast with the up market as beige interior have become almost standard on cars. The Etios Liva price in India is Rs 4.09 lakh.

The Etios Liva has been on its set journey in the country and it has been yet again proved that the car maker never leaves it offering haywire and keeps them in limelight by constantly upgrading some or the other features. As part of the present changes to the Liva, the car maker has also improved the cushioning and sound proofing inside the car to lower the noise of the engine and outside reaching the interiors space. Besides, the headrests are now part of the seats and are fixed contrary to the earlier model that had adjustable headrests. These features are expected to make this car more pleasing to the car buyers in the segment. Primarily, the car will now be a much closer rival of Tata Indica eV2, Hyundai i10, Maruti Swift, Ford Figo and others.

The Etios sedan and this Liva hatchback have helped the car maker fetch considerably well numbers on the sales chart and even after Maruti Ertiga ate Toyota Innova’s share the overall sales of the car maker reportedly registered growth. Notably, over 80 percent of the cars sold by Toyota are diesel models and the Liva and Etios diesel models are getting much popular both as personal vehicles as well as in the taxi car segment.
