Skoda Octavia set to make its debut on October 3, 2013
The excitement, curiosity and patience of car enthusiasts is reaching to its peak with every news coming out regarding launch of Skoda Octavia, since its announcement of launching during festive season. According to authentic sources Skoda has revealed that it will launch its highly awaited car Octavia on October 3, 2013. Sources have also revealed that new Octavia will be launched with price tag falling between Rs. 14 lakh and Rs 18.5 lakh. It is reported that company will launch Octavia in both petrol and diesel variants, offering wide range engine options including 1.8 litre turbo petrol engine followed by 1.4 litre TSI petrol engine and 2.0 litre turbo diesel engine. It has been said that Skoda has designed Octavia keeping the requirements of youth generation in concern and therefore it carries various fascinating features that will grab attention of young audiences at first instance.
It would be interested to know that apart from giving enhanced looks to Octavia Skoda has also paid attention of providing complete safe driving experience to customers. The major safety features adorned in Octavia includes air bags, anti lock braking system, electronic brake force distribution, anti stability regulator, tyre pressure monitor and electronic stability programme.
Apart from this interiors have been upgraded with touch screen audio system that is compatible with Bluetooth, USB, SD card and iPad, optional keyless entry system, adaptive cruise control, electro panoramic sunproof, and automatic door and ignition system. Interiors may also integrate rear air conditioner vents. On the other like interiors, exteriors have also been supported with stylish fog lamps supported by high powered halogen lights. Besides this, other noticeable changes made in exteriors include enhanced wheel arches.
