Refreshed Hyundai Venue Launched With Contemporary Features
The Korean carmaker Hyundai has officially launched the 2025 Venue in the Indian car market. The refreshed Venue get a comprehensive refresh featuring new styling, a reworked interior and enhanced technologies. The new Venue will go against the likes of existing key-players like Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV300.

The price of the 2025 Hyundai Venue starts from Rs 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the entry-level variant and goes up to Rs 9.14 lakh for the top variant. These are introductory prices for the naturally aspirated petrol variant and will be valid until December 31, 2025. With the 2025 Venue, Hyundai marks the beginning of the 26 new launches planned by Hyundai Motor India. So far, Hyundai has sold 7 lakh units of the Venue, with exports now expanding to 30 countries. The new Venue marks the beiginning of a new period rather than a revolution.
New Variant Structure and Pricing
The 2025 Venue comes with a new HX variant nomenclature—HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX7, HX8, and HX10. All these variants are equipped with advanced features, following by additional features offered in each variant according to their order. The new naming strategy is a part of Hyundai’s global strategy, which would also be soon followed in the Creta and Exter lineups.
Refreshed Exterior and Cabin
The design of new Venue is more boxier and muscular, with a dark-finished grille, LED projector headlamps, and reworked bumpers giving it commanding appearence. The overall length of the SUV remains unchanged, the wheelbase has increased by 30mm. This increases the space inside the cabin. Inside the cabin, it receives dual 12.3-inch displays—one for infotainment and another for the instrument cluster. The is developed with high quality of materials and getsredesigned air vents, and optional two-tone upholstery.
Enhanced Features and Safety
The top trims come equipped with ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, wireless charging, automatic climate control, a premium sound system, and Hyundai’s BlueLink connected car suite. The new Venue is offered with six airbags as a standard feature across all variants, followed by the availability of Level 2 ADAS on select trims. The integration of safety features like forward-collision warning, lane-keep assist, and adaptive cruise control brings the safety features of SUV in the category of premium SUVs.
Engine and Performance
Mechanically, the Venue continues with its tried-and-tested powertrains: a 1.2-litre petrol (83 bhp), 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (120 bhp), and 1.5-litre diesel (115 bhp). Transmission options include 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual/iMT, 7-speed DCT, and 6-speed automatic for diesel. Hyundai claims improved throttle response, smoother NVH levels, and enhanced ride comfort.
This launch also marks Hyundai’s Vision 2030 plan, which targets 30% exports, a 15% market share, and 1.5x revenue growth. The company expects SUVs and MPVs to account for 82% of its total sales by the end of the decade.
