Nissan Terrano receives 6000 pre-bookings
After receiving the warm response from audiences after the launch of Nissan Terrano on October 9, 2013, Nissan is reported to receive 6000 pre booking after its unveiling last month. As reported earlier Nissan had launched Terrano with price tag of Rs. 9.58 lakh (ex-showroom price). According to Mr. Kenichiro Yomura, Terrano is an important vehicle for company which create place for Nissan’s vehicles in pipeline for 2014.
According to sources of Nissan Terrano is the first compact sports utility vehicle by company which is manufactured locally. Nissan has launched Terrano in both petrol and diesel variants. The petrol variant is powered by K4M petrol engine whereas diesel variant is powered by K9K diesel engine. It would be interested to know that Nissan had launched diesel variant also with two engine options one which generates the power 83 bhp and the other which generates the power of 108 bhp. Moving ahead diesel variant is again followed by option of 5 speed gearbox and 6 speed gearbox.
The price of diesel variant which generates the power of 83 bhp has been launched with price tag of Rs. 9.58 lakh (ex-showroom price) and the top end variant in diesel model has been launched with price tag of Rs 10.92 lakh (ex-showroom price). On the other side the base variant of diesel model generating 108 bhp is launched with price tag of Rs.11.31 lakh (ex-showroom price) and whereas the top end variant is priced Rs. 12.44 lakh. The petrol variant is available with price tag of Rs. 9.78 lakh.
