Mercedes-Benz To Launch C Class Coupe With Bunch Of Engines
It is reported that the German luxurious car maker Mercedes-Benz is going to launch the upgraded versions of entire C-Class cars in the Indian car market during the ongoing financial year, along with its Coupe version. The news regarding this has also been confirmed by the car maker revealing that the it will launch the C-Class Coupe with a bunch of engine christened as C300, AMG C 43 and AMG C63. One thing which however is not confirmed that whether the car maker will launch the full portfolio of C-Class in the India at the same time or in different phases. It is believed that first fleet of C-Class will be landing in India sometime during the months of October or November this year.
The first glimpse of C-Class Coupe 2018 was showcased earlier this year during the New York Auto Show along with C-Class Cabriolet, that is ready for the launch in the Indian car market during this year. The new C-Class Coupe is developed with aggressive design and style with huge cosmetic updates offered at the front and rear portions. Inside the cabin also it receives digital cockpit and various contemporary features.
Talking about the different trims, the C 300 will be empowered with 2.0 litre four cylinder engine, outsourced from CLS trim. The engine is capable of generating the power of 252 bhp and the torque of 370Nm. The C43 4 MATIC Coupe will be energized with 3.0 litre V6 engine that generates the power of 385 bhp and the torque of 520Nm. It will be mated with AMG Speedshift TCT 9G transmission system.
The AMG C63 Coupe will be offered with 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine that will be offered with an engine of two power options including 469 bhp and 503 bhp and mated with AMG Speedshift MCT 9G automatic transmission system.
