Maruti Suzuki Launches Limited Edition of Swift To Lure Buyers
After the successful launch of generation next Swift hatchback in the Indian car market back in the month of February this year, country’s leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki India has launched its limited edition to lure its enthusiasts during the upcoming festive season. The Limited Edition has been offered with the price tag of Rs. 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi) and is introduced in the base trims of LXi and LDi variants. The limited edition receives bunch of new features that enhances the list of comforts offered in the base trims of both the variants.
Under the hood, next-generation Maruti Suzuki Swift is offered with 1.2 litre petrol engine churning the power of 82 bhp and 1.3 litre diesel engine, that generates the power of 74 bhp. The transmission duties are performed by five speed manual gear transmission system, followed by AMT transmission system introduced in mid-level V and top Z trims.
As far as integration of features are concerned the Limited Edition adorns front power windows, rear parking sensors, dual front airbags, ABS, singe-DIN Blue Bluetooth stereo system with two speakers, black garnished painted wheel covers and few more. Recently, the carmaker had also launched the Limited Edition of hatchback Ignis in the Indian car market to offer them something new during the upcoming festive season. The Maruti Suzuki Swift is the tough contender for Hyundai Grand i10, Toyota Etios, Ford Figo and Mahindra KUV100.
