Indian Auto Expo 2016: Generation next Renault Duster to land during the Expo
Launch of Duster SUV by French car maker Renault set a benchmark for other car makers in SUV segment to develop best performing SUV’s not only in Indian car market but across the world. It would not be wrong to say that Duster played an incredible role in strengthening the roots of car maker in Indian car market. Going through the same craze of Indian buyers towards this SUV even after so many years since its launch, Renault is going to launch its facelift version during the upcoming Indian Auto Expo scheduled to be held in Delhi.
As far as changes that would be adorned in facelift Duster SUV are concern, the changes would be physical changes and company will continue with same mechanical offerings. The petrol will continue with 1.6 litre petrol engine whereas the diesel trim will be energized with 1.5 litre diesel. The petrol variant will generate the power of 102.5 bhp while the diesel engine is developed to boost two engine tunes of 84 bhp and 108 bhp. The car maker might however introduce AMT transmission system as far as gear transmission system is concerned. The AMT system offered by company will be known as R-AMT gear transmission system.
Talking about the changes that would be adorned will include newly developed single plated grille along with new set of head lamps, newly developed bumpers at both rear and front side, new alloy wheels. The changes that are said to be offered are similar to version of Duster being sold in Brazilian car market. Inside the cabin you will find bunch of changes, the major attraction would be integration of multimedia NAV system.
After showcasing the facelift Duster during Indian Auto Expo it will be launched something during the second half of 2016.
