India bound BMW M3 to be launched in Malaysia today

German luxurious car maker BMW had showcased its luxurious saloon sedans M3 and M4 during the Detroit Motor Show and now it is going to launch M3 today in Malaysian car market after which it is speculated to be soon launched in Indian car market also. The all new BMW M3 2014 is empowered with twin-turbo, 3.0 litre in-inline six cylinder engine churning the power of 431 bhp and torque of 550Nm. The engine would be coated with dual clutch, six speed manual transmission system or with 7 speed automatic transmission system.

The 7 speed automatic transmission system facilitates the sedan to pick the speed from standstill to 100 km/h within the span of four seconds and accelerates the top speed of 250 km/h, which could be enhanced to 280 km/h at the desire of buyer on his demand. It would be interested to learn that the alphabet M in name of M3 refers to Motorsport and is designed to give the pleasure of driving a sports car to the owner.

Talking about the features offered in new BMW M3, it is light weighted than the existing version of M3 in market, which is due to use of carbon fibre reinforced polymer roof. The other attraction of M3 includes air intakes for cooling the engine and brakes equally. Inside the cabin the sedan receives M badge on seats, doors, gauges followed by steering wheel.
