BMW Small car to launch soon
The luxury car maker BMW (Germany based) is releasing the BMW 1 Series in India by the end of 2012 which is expected to run on European roads by September this year. This 1 series luxurious Sedan will fall under the platform of flagship 3 series of BMW.
After its successful launch in India it will be the smallest BMW car in Indian market. The company is expecting to sell large volumes of this sedan in Indian markets to increase its market shares which have been low so far considerably. BMW will be the first premium brand to offer a product with such low and attractive rates. The car will be priced at Rs 15 to 20 lakh.
BMW 1 series has a perfect blend of elegance and frisk. It will be available in 1.6 litre petrol engine and 2.0 litre diesel engine and also the BMW is going to release both Sedan and hatchback versions for its customers in the market. On its release the BMW 1 series car will be compared and will fall in the category of Hyundai Sonata Transform, Chevrolet Captiva.
