Automatic version of Aria expected during Auto Expo 2014
Domestic car making company Tata Motors may unveil automatic variant of Tata Aria during the upcoming Indian Auto Expo 2014. It would be interested that in this automatic version company may also introduce some facelift which includes gear box, followed by integration of some impressive features and cosmetic surgery. As far as the price of automatic variant is concern no information has been given by the company.
Although company has not yet revealed any information about the launching date of Aria however rumors regarding it’s unveil are flying on different auto portals. According to rumors cosmetic changes may include new projector headlamps, revised tail lamps, and new set of alloy wheels. It is also expected the company may also introduce some changes in interiors of this vehicle which may include integration of captain seats, followed by upholstery of superior quality.
The automatic version of upcoming Aria will be equipped with 16 valve 2.2 litre Dicor diesel engine generating the power of 138 bhp and torque of 320 Nm, it is speculated that company may its power generating capacity more up to 15 bhp and additional torque of 80 Nm. Till now Aria has not succeeded in delivering expected results to its customers whereas according to sources of company the vehicle is blessed with all necessary features to satisfy needs of both SUV and MUV. With this automatic version company speculates to enjoy the expected results from Aria.
