February 5, 2026: Volkswagen has started bookings for its upcoming R-Line SUV in India on the payment of Rs 51,000, ahead of its launch later this month. The premium three-row SUV will be locally assembled and positioned as the brand’s flagship model for the Indian market. Built on the MQB EVO platform, it will receive power from a 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DSG and 4MOTION all-wheel drive. The SUV will be offered as a fully loaded variant with advanced technology and safety features.
