World Edition of Renault Lodgy Launched in Indian car market

 
July 25, 2016: French car maker Renault has launched the World Edition of its MPV Lodgy with starting price of Rs. price of Rs. 9.74 lakh and Rs. 10.40 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi) for both 85PS and 110PS versions. Continuing the existing engine configurations the MPV undergoes various cosmetic changes on both exteriors and interiors.

April 9, 2015: French car maker Renault Motors today launched its highly awaited MPV Lodgy in Indian car market with starting price of Rs. 8.19 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). Empowered with 1.5 litre K9K diesel engine the new MPV offered two engine power tunes of 85 PS and 110 PS. Engine with 85 PS generates the power of 84 bhp and  engine with power tune of 110 PS boosts the power 109 bhp. Both engines are mated with five speed and  six speed manual transmission system. According to reports MPV carries the comfort features of a sedan and space of an MPV, thus offering completely comfort travelling experience to the passengers.

Bookings of Renault Lodgy begins at the down payment of Rs. 5,000

March 30, 2015: Renault Indian has started the bookings of its upcoming MPV Lodgy in Indian car market at the down payment of Rs. 5000.  According to reports with this bookings rumors regarding launch of MPV in the month of April have got more strengthen. It is reported that MPV would be offered with 1.5 litre dCi four cylinder diesel engine with two engine power tunes one 85 PS and 110 PS. It is speculated to launched with price tag starting with Rs. 8 lakh onwards.

The recent initiative from French car maker is empowered with 1.5 litre diesel engine which already is offered in its highly acclaimed SUV Duster. The four cylinder and sixteen valves engine has displacement capacity of 1461cc. It has been offered with option of two power generation. One developing the power of 108.45 b hp and 4000 rpm and torque of 245 NM at 1750 rpm, this power trim is offered with six speed manual gearbox. Another power generation option generates the power of 85.8 bhp at 3750 rpm and torque of 200 Nm at 1900 rpm. This motor is mated with five speed manual gear transmission system. it is speculated that soon company with also come up with its petrol trim sometimes by the end of this year.

The engine that generates the power of 110 PS is mated with six speed manual gearbox and is capable to attain the top speed of 170 kmp and break the barrier of 100 kmph within the span of 13 seconds. Another engine with power generation efficiency of 85 PS can touch the mark of 100 kmph in the span of 15 seconds by reaching the top notch of 160 kmph.

The another engine option of 110 PS will deliver an average of 19.98 kmpl on highway and 18.05 kmpl in urban area.

The mid-sized trims are offered with 2-DIN music system supported by CD player and advanced Arkamys tuned music system as standard feature. Renault Lodgy is one of the highly awaited MP)V by French car maker Renault, especially after the successful launch of Duster in Indian car market by company the MPV had made everyone curious about the features and specifications that would be offered in it.
