October 8, 2025: Nissan India has revealed the name and design highlights of its upcoming compact SUV, the Nissan Tekton, set for launch in mid-2026. Inspired by the larger Nissan Patrol, the Tekton features C-shaped LED lights, flared arches, and bold styling. The cabin gets a three-tone finish with copper accents. Expected to be petrol-only, it will share its platform and engines with the new Renault Duster and be produced at the Chennai-based Renault-Nissan plant for Indian and export markets.
