November 12, 2024:The Indo-Japanese carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched the fourth generation of the Dzire compact sedan in the Indian car market with a starting price of Rs. 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant. The company has also launched its CNG variant priced at Rs 8.74 lakh (ex-showroom). In its new avatar, the Dzire undergoes vast changes on both exterior and interior fronts. With five-star Global NCAP ratings, the 2024 Dzire is powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Z-series petrol engine, delivering 80 bhp at 5,700 rpm and 112 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox and an AMT variant.

 

November 4, 2024: The Indo-Japanese car maker Maruti Suzuki India Limited is going to launch the new Dzire compact sedan in the Indian car market on November 11, 2024.  The new Dzire is expected to come with a number of cosmetic updates on both the exterior and interior front to retain its strong position in the passenger vehicle segment. The existing Dzire is one of the best-selling vehicles in the segment, despite of increasing craze of SUVs. According to reports, the new 2024 Dzire will outsource most of the changes from the new Swift compact.
