October 10, 2017: With an objective to enjoy the privilege of ongoing festive season domestic car maker Mahindra and Mahindra has launched the faceflift version of micro-SUV KUV100 in Indian car market as Mahindra KUV100 NXT with the price tag of Rs. 4.39 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). the KUV100 NXT from Mahindra has been launched in both petrol and diesel variants of 1.2 litre 3 cylinder mFlacon G80 engine and 1.2 litre 3 cylinder CRDi m Flacon D75 engine respectively. The facelift Mahindra KUV100 NXT has undergone vast cosmetic updates.

June 29, 2016: Home grown car maker Mahindra and Mahindra has launched the Xplorer Edition of KUV100 with starting price of Rs. 5.01 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Under the hood the sub compact SUV continues existing engine configurations in both petrol and diesel variants, and the changes that have been introduced will induce to give vehicle more aggressive and rugged look.

Mahindra plans to sale 80,000 to 90,000 units of KUV100

January 25, 2016: Mahindra KUV100, the sub compact SUV from domestic car maker M&M launched in Indian car market on January 15, 2016 with starting price of Rs. 4.42 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune) has succeeded in receiving an over whelming response from Indian car enthusiasts. According to recent reports domestic car maker is now planning to sale out 80k to 90k units of KUV100 every year in Indian car market. It is also reported that car maker will also start the export of this sub compact SUV from April this year.

January 18, 2016: It is reported that after launching its mini SUV KUV100 in Indian car market on January 15, 2016 with starting price of Rs. 4.42 lakh (ex-showroom price, Pune) domestic car maker M&M has signed an alliance with online portal Flipkart to receive the bookings of same with effect from midnight of January 18, 2016. It would be interested to know that this type of initiative by native car maker M&M is first of its type in Indian auto industry. According to reports the buyers booking KUV100 through Flipkart will handed over their mini SUV in the span of thirty days if they finish all formalities associated with purchase of vehicle within seven days of booking through this online portal.

January 15, 2016: Finally domestic car maker M&M launched its highly promoted mini SUV KUV100 in Indian car market with starting price of Rs. 4.42 lakh (ex-showroom price, Pune). As reported earlier the SUV has been launched in both petrol and diesel variants which are equipped with newly introduced mFalcon engine series. The petrol version of KUV100 is empowered with mFlacon G80 1.2 litre engine boosting the power of 82 bhp and torque of 114Nm, whereas the diesel variant is energized with mFlacon D75 1.2 litre CRDi turbocharged diesel engine that churns the power of 77bhp and torque of 190Nm. There are overall four variants namely K2, K4, K6 and K8 in both these trims. Both engines are mated with five speed manual gear transmission system.

Features of Mahindra KUV100 disclosed before launch

December 30, 2015: Domestic car maker M&M is going to launch its highly awaited and speculated mini SUV to be named as KUV100 on January 15, 2016. Prior to this the car maker had unveiled the same in the beginning of this month but did not disclosed any of its features. But now the details associated with this mini SUV are disclosed giving details of engine configurations and variants that would be offered in it. KUV100 would be offered in both petrol and diesel variants which would be energized with newly developed mFalcon engine series. The petrol version would empowered with 1.2 litre mFlacon G80 engine churning the power of 82 bhp and torque of 114Nm, while the diesel with 1.2 litre mFalcon D75 engine boosting the power of 77 bhp and torque of 190Nm. There would four variants which would be named as K2, K4, K6 and K8.
